Manager – Ship Management ( 全職 )
工作職責:
- ◆ Oversee the operation of marine vessels
- ◆ Ensure vessels safe and efficient operation and environmentally compliant
- ◆ Supervise and oversee team and crew members
- ◆ Set, control budget and cost reduction exercises
- ◆ Identify vessels’ issues and implement solutions in a timely manner
- ◆ Ensure compliance to legal regulations and company policies
- ◆ Monitor the commissioning of new-built marine vessels
- ◆ First point of contact for emergencies and contingency situations
- ◆ Build and maintain professional relationship with relevant internal and external stakeholders
- ◆ Board vessels regularly for periodic inspections and meetings with crew / Technical Manager and repair contractors
- ◆ Working together with the Technical Manager, monitor vessels’ dry-docking and repair programs
- ◆ Incident prevention and review
- ◆ Working together with all stake-holders to investigate / design / launch programs for process improvement
- ◆ Coordinate repairs with our technical manager, shipyard and contractors
- ◆ Coordinate with internal departments to complete logistics requirements of clients
- ◆ Engagement with clients
- ◆ Regular reporting to management
- ◆ Perform duties and projects as assigned by the management

工作時間:
- 星期一至五: 09:00 - 17:30, 星期六: 09:00 - 13:00 (長短週)
相關牌照:
- Holding a valid of Certificate of Competency as a Deck Officer, Seagoing or River Trade Class 2 or Class 1 recognized by Marine Authorities, or be a member of The Hong Kong Institution of Engineers in the Marine & Naval Architecture Discipline
工作經驗:
- 5 years’ experience in management and operation of marine vessel fleet
其他資格:
- Candidate with technical knowledge of vessel would be an added advantage

◆ Ability to work independently and under pressure
◆ Must be detail-oriented and possess effective communication skills
◆ Strong organizational and problem solving skills
◆ Good team work
◆ Good PC knowledge in MS Excel and Words
◆ Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
